Sophie Howell Enterprises Coaching Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Sophie Howell Enterprises (“Coach”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) as of the date of signature. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Inner Compass Coaching Collective will provide coaching services to the Client as detailed in the selected package.

1. Responsibilities and Expectations

• Coach’s Role: Sophie Howell Enterprises agrees to provide coaching services as outlined in the selected package. Coaching services may include guidance on personal growth, conscious language practices, and other self-development topics in accordance with the needs and goals expressed by the Client.

• Client’s Role: The Client agrees to fully participate in the coaching sessions, complete any assignments or tasks requested by the Coach, answer questions, and make efforts to apply the learnings from the coaching sessions in their personal life.

2. Scheduling and Attendance

• Session Scheduling: Coaching sessions will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time between the Client and the Coach. All sessions must be completed within the duration specified in the selected package (e.g., 4 weeks for the 1-month package).

• Missed Sessions: If the Client needs to reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given to the Coach. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session, at the discretion of the Coach.

• Lateness Policy: If the Client is late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If the Coach is late, additional time will be provided to make up for the delay or rescheduled as appropriate.

3. Payment and Fees

• Payment Schedule: Full payment for the selected package is due prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

• Payment Method: Payments can be made via Credit Card or Zelle. An invoice will be provided upon request.

• Non-Payment: Failure to make payments as agreed will result in the suspension of coaching services until payment is made.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds: Sophie Howell Enterprises has a strict no-refund policy. Once the Client has purchased a coaching package and the agreement is signed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for discontinuing or canceling coaching services. The reason for this to provide commitment to your upgrades.

• Commitment: By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges their full commitment to the coaching process and agrees to the no-refund policy.

5. Termination

• Termination by Client: The Client may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to Inner Compass Coaching Collective. However, no refunds will be issued as per the no-refund policy, and any remaining sessions in the package will be forfeited.

• Termination by Coach: The Coach reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if the Client fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement or demonstrates behavior that makes continued coaching untenable. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

6. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions and communications between the Coach and Client are confidential. The Coach agrees not to disclose any personal information or details discussed during coaching sessions or recordings of coaching sessions without the Client’s express consent, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Guarantees

The Client acknowledges that coaching is a personal development process and that the Coach does not guarantee specific results. The success of the coaching relationship depends on the Client’s commitment, engagement, and follow-through with the practices and guidance provided by the Coach.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, in Douglas County, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Coach and the Client with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, between the parties.

10. Acknowledgment

By clicking below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement, including the no-refund policy.
