Language of Empowerment
October 9th from 6-8pm
We create as we speak. Our language shapes our reality, focuses and directs energy, defines and gives boundaries, and is accepted literally by the subconscious mind.
Language of Empowerment takes back our power, our creativity, allowing higher brain functioning out of the amygdala and hippocampus into the crown of human existence: the frontal cortex--our imagination.
When we live and dream from the frontal cortex, we are out of fight or flight and have moved into thriving. Are you the true author of your life? As we grow into adults we take with us from our childhood (and life experiences) belief systems which establish our view of our reality.
This workshop series is a chance to examine how we are subtly carrying forward those belief systems that keep us anchored in separation, lack, anger and difficulty via the words we think and speak. We will feel through the most common inner conversations that hold us back from joy and enthusiasm.
Through the 7 Domains of Language and a peek into Quantum Flow, we will dive into our definition of what it means to truly thrive and how we can consciously choose to be the author of our life.

Witness Sisterhood Retreat Series:
Creative Flow + Language of Empowerment Deep Dive Retreat
Friday October 17th at 5pm to Sunday October 19th at 11am
Step into a sacred sisterhood focused container of creativity, connection, and transformation. This retreat is an intimate gathering for women craving deep connection in a safe space, to reawaken their creative flow in life, time spent with other women in creation, a nervous system reset, and revelation about how to speak their dream life into being and what may be holding her back.
Through sound healing, breathwork, hands-on artmaking, and Language of Empowerment sharing circles, we’ll move from any apparent “I am not” resistence into your “I AM” creator self. No art experience needed—just a willing heart and an open mind. This is a space to slow down, securely root in truth, and be seen in sisterhood.
Limit to 10 participants overnight and 6 spots driving in.
Sliding scale overnight option in a shared room: $222-$555
Sliding scale for dive-in option: $160-$555
Location: Sophie’s residence in south Denver (with two art studios for plenty of space for art-making)
Drawing from the Whispers
October 23 from 6 to 9pm
Just in time for the season when veils thin and mystery calls, Drawing From the Whispers invites you on an intuitive art-making journey that begins within. Using simple prompts and unconventional materials, we’ll bypass logic and let the unconscious speak through smudges, scribbles, texture, and touch.
There’s a kind of magic that happens when we stop trying to be good and start listening instead. Drawing From the Whispers is a meditative, multi-medium art experience where your only job is to follow the thread—no art background required.
Through guided prompts and sensory exploration, we’ll tap into the body, the breath, and the liminal spaces of the psyche to see what wants to speak. It’s messy, mysterious, and surprisingly revealing. No experience necessary—only a willingness to surrender control and see what emerges from the unknown.
This workshop is part meditation, part play, and part portal. Perfect for dreamers, poets, and even "thinkers" craving balance. Guided through layered prompts and evolving mediums, you’ll create not from what you think, but from what you feel.
With a soft Halloween-season eeriness in the air, we’ll lean into the liminal and let intuition lead the way. Expect a deeply personal, mostly silent journey with time to share and reflect at the end. Come play in a low-stakes environment with vine charcoal, collage, and the mystery inside us all.

A Laser Lunchtime Deep Dive
October 24 from 12-1:30pm
November 11th from 12-1:30pm
Could our everyday language hold the power to rewire our brains, heal our bodies, and transform our lives? More than just communication, language shapes our reality and perception.
Join Sophie for an interactive and transformative lunch-hour workshop designed to introduce you to the laser effective healing modality Language of Empowerment—a powerful approach that rewires limiting beliefs and creates lasting shifts in your mindset, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
In this one-hour shared group experience, Sophie will zero in on what language and tonal patterns reveal to uncover the root of self-sabotaging patterns in our lived experience. You will upgrade your relationship to Life and see results.
Through guided exercises, reflection, and practical application, you will:
• Identify and transform subconscious self-sabotaging beliefs.
• Experience firsthand how shifting your language can dissolve resistance, relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and enhance clarity.
• Engage in a supportive group setting where breakthroughs happen in real-time.
This is a fascinating session where you will actively engage in exercises that will leave you with practical tools to apply immediately in your life and work.

Healing The Mother Wound
November 13 from 6 to 8:30pm
There are many faces of the Goddess. Maiden, Mother, Maga, Crone. As we grow into adults, we carry with us confusion and burdens from our upbringing, often blaming our mothers or unsure of what to make of our young experience and blaming ourselves.* This workshop is an opportunity to examine our inheritance, our mother's toolset, cast off our story, and reclaim the joy of being at one with our origin.
In this experiential workshop, we will dive into the definition of love we inherited from our mothers, share our stories, as well as call in our guides and our universal Divine Mother. We will bring wholeness into our familial line and create space for new relationship. Let us open the portal to a world where mothers and daughters lead the way towards love. (Workshop can also apply to father lineage if more pressing/painful for you. Workshop also overlaps into our role as mothers with our children.)
*This makes us "more susceptible to insecure attachment styles, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, difficulty in romantic and platonic relationships, lack of emotional awareness, and difficulties self-soothing."
What to expect: Partner and group sharing, examining the story of your mother and the world she inherited and our place in it, plus what is written above
How to prepare: Journal about the relationship between you and your mother.
What to bring: Please bring a photo of your mother/grandmothers for our group altar.
