Module 01: March 30 + April 1, 6, 8

Language, Energy, and the Laws that Shape Us

In this foundational module, Sophie will reintroduce you to the immense power of language as a creative force that shapes our internal and external reality. You’ll explore how thoughts and emotions influence the body’s physiological systems, and how your subconscious responds to the vibrational quality of your words. We’ll also dive into key spiritual laws—so you can begin to understand the universal mechanics behind transformation.

Module 02: April 13, 15, 20, 22

Jedi Listening & Pattern Decoding

This is where your practitioner power activates. You’ll remember how to hear beneath the surface, hone in on Jedi-level listening skills to identify unconscious patterns in others (and yourself) through language, tone, and frequency. Through live coaching demonstrations and partner work, you’ll practice upgrading disempowering statements in real time, helping clients pivot into truth, choice, and clarity. This module sharpens your ability to gently reveal the root of a self-sabotaging loop and rewire it with empowering, embodied language.

Module 03: May 4, 6, 11, 13

The Body Speaks the Truth

Your body speaks even when you don’t. In this module, we’ll learn how decrees—often unconscious beliefs about ourselves or the world—show up in the body as chronic symptoms, tension, illness, or dysregulation. You’ll discover how to read somatic cues as messages from the subconscious, trace them to original imprints, and use language to reverse the pattern. By learning to listen to the body with compassion and clarity, we reclaim our power to heal, integrate, and align.

Module 04: May 25, 27 + June 1, 3

Remembering from the Future

In our final module, we step into the quantum. You’ll explore time as a nonlinear tool for transformation, practicing how to connect with your future self and “remember” the life you’re choosing into being. You’ll learn how to magnetize your desires by radiating their frequency—what we call femifesting. This module supports you in collapsing timelines, expanding possibility, downloading from the future, and becoming a conscious author of your reality.

Your words are blueprints. Every phrase you speak is either reinforcing old patterns or opening portals to new realities. Most people speak unconsciously — repeating outdated stories, affirming limitations, and leaking their power. This training deepens you how to reclaim your authorship and use language as a living, energetic force — one that is felt, integrated, and aligned with your deepest truth.

Sophie Howell

My mission is to empower individuals to awaken to the creative power of their words, their presence, and their truth. And to hold more light.

Through the Language of Empowerment and Quantum Leap Technique, I guide people to uncover limiting patterns, reclaim their authentic voice, and realign with their highest frequency.

I believe that transformation begins with awareness — and that by shifting the way we speak, feel, and perceive, we rewrite our stories, heal our lives, and co-create a world rooted in possibility, love, and liberation.

Who I am as a Leader

Why take this course from Sophie?

I’ve been a facilitator and retreat leader for over 15 years, leading workshops on many things, from pleasure to death to figure drawing. I have been through extensive leadership and development training. I combine spirituality, grounded, balanced approach, with the building blocks of transferring information and languaging quantum leaps embedded in who I am (literally in my human design). My dad is in five tennis halls of fame because of his effectiveness as a coach—I am calling in the same!! (One could say coaching is in my lineage perhaps! :)

I have been immersed in the Language of Empowerment for over eight years, with some of that time as a mental observer, so I really can feel when someone is in their head or pretending vs getting it.

I have used these tools to heal trauma, shift deeply embedded patterns, and transform my own reality from the inside out. From mega-victim to rage monster, I have had a WIDE breadth of lived experience. I can relate to many! This modality works. What is so fun is that it takes the pressure off of the practitioner and makes it all so clear! vs sorting through what seems without this training like a chaotic mess or continued cycle.

I bring the eyes of an artist — trained to see the world creatively and curiously, in patterns, nuance, beauty, and symbolism — which allows me to guide others in seeing and naming the unseen with clarity and compassion. My work is infused with creativity, authenticity, and the occasional theatrics. I also am trained in the prophetic and initated into light being activation and a disciple of the quantum.

I have experience in masculine and feminine dynamics, sacred sexuality support, and bodywork and energy work certifications. We are whole beings!

I’ve also walked the path of academic rigor: currently pursuing my PhD in Transformational Coaching, and having authored multiple articles for peer-reviewed journals. I bridge science and spirituality, weaving together empirical research and quantum insight. I am interested in getting brain scans of all of your brains to see what shifts during this training!

In addition to this, my background includes training in shamanic healing, somatic therapy, quantum healing, and breathwork, allowing me to hold space in a multidimensional way — for the body, mind, soul, and energy field. This work is trauma-informed, energetically grounded, and spiritually alive.

Students who work with me experience breakthroughs because of the content — and because of the container. I create spaces that are sacred, structured, intuitive, and empowering. I will be learning right alongside you; every class new information is available.

Your Questions, Answered

  • This certification is for those looking for self-development served with a side of knowing, coaches, therapists, facilitators, healers, space holders, or anyone who works with others and wants to deepen their understanding of language, embodiment, and transformation. It’s for those already trained in other modalities looking to integrate a quantum-based, language-centered framework into their work.

  • You’ll be certified in Language of Empowerment & Quantum Leap Technique – Level 1. You’ll have a deep foundational understanding of the core teachings, tools, and frameworks, and be able to apply them in your personal life and integrate them into professional spaces you’re already trained to support.

  • We will meet twice a week for 2 hour calls Mondays and Wednesdays from 11-1pm MST. We will have a one week integration break after Module 2 and again after Module 3.

  • While some participants may already work in transformational spaces, this course meets you where you are. The concepts are accessible and embodied. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to go deep are all you need. It is a blessing to have all levels in class together.

  • All sessions are recorded and uploaded to a private portal so you can rewatch at your convenience. We do recommend attending live whenever possible, as the energetic experience and live coaching are key parts of the magic.
