About the LOE Creative Flow Retreat

Join us for a cozy, soul-deep weekend retreat nestled in the sanctuary of Sophie’s home and art studio in south Denver, CO—where creativity, calm, laughter and conscious language can all meet!

The Language of Empowerment Retreat is a two-day immersion designed for an intimate group ready to shift from “I am not” into their fully expressed, I AM selves. You’ll be held in a nurturing space of sisterhood, self-reflection, and celebration. Through expertly guided breathwork, sound healing, creative projects, and deep dives into Language of Empowerment, you’ll uncover the unconscious patterns shaping your life—and practice the art of re-writing them with love and support of your sisters.

This retreat is both soft and strong, playful and profound. We’ll move our bodies with yoga and nature walks, take time to reflect, make beautiful messes with our hands, and share stories that remind us who we truly are. Together, we’ll regulate our nervous systems, laugh, cry, make art, and come home to our innate wholeness.

About Your Retreat Leader

Sophie has lead or co-lead 23 retreats and is most known for being the catalyst for the Witness Sisterhood Retreat Series at Sanctuary of the Inner Compass Retreat Center at Everland. She has facilitated hundreds of workshops, women’s groups, and ceremonies. She brings a sense of curiosity and flow to her gatherings. From walking her path and doing her own shadow-work, she knows the power of a woman reclaiming her story and integrating what has seemed scary or heavy. Her expertise in Language of Empowerment provides a unique way to uncover what we have been blind to and bring conscious intuition to the table. As a professional artist, Sophie has lead art retreats and community workshops in her studio for years.

  • No background needed at all in LOE to join this retreat. Language of Empowerment is a healing modality that looks at our language patterns to trace back what we are creating or what has held us back in life. For example, saying “I can’t” creates apathy and “I don’t know” creates not knowing, doubt, and confusion. We take a look at where our being became in agreement to these sabotaging patterns and upgrade from the subconscious level through feeling, memory retrieval and somatic exploration. See more here.

  • Throughout life, we absorb messages that shape how we see ourselves and what we believe is possible. Often, those messages become internal patterns that sound like:

    “I’m not creative.”
    “I’m not enough.”

    These are unconscious decrees—statements that, when repeated or felt intensely, begin to create the shape of our reality.

    In this retreat, we’ll work with those old scripts to bring awareness, compassion, and creativity to the places where we’ve held ourselves back. We will examine the self-sabotaging programs in order to support your “I AM” self—the part of you that is whole, powerful, creative, and connected to Source to have a voice.

  • The “I AM” Self is:

    • The Creator – I recognize that my words, thoughts, and feelings are shaping my experience.

    • The Witness – I begin to observe patterns instead of being ruled by them.

    • The Truth-Teller – I speak from my heart, with intention, integrity, and clarity.

    • The Empowered One – Healing, joy, love, and wholeness are already within me.

    • The Artist of Your Life – I choose the palette and brushstrokes on the canvas of my life.

  • Accommodations are mostly shared in Sophie’s residential family home. We will have the house to ourselves. There are 5 bedrooms and a few auxiliary sleeping options in addition. It is a 3 bathroom home. Please reach out if you really sleep better sleeping totally alone.

    There are two studios for creation whether it be painting, felting, mini fairy worlds, or other options.

  • The retreat is very affordable! Sophie is offering a sliding scale of $222-777, you can find what is comfortable for your current budget. A 1-1 Language of Empowerment session with Sophie is $200. A 1-1 Breathwork or Bodywork session is $175. The value of this retreat is irrefutable!

  • We will have a fall inspired menu. Sophie will send out a survey before the retreat to collect allergies or aversions. The menu will have gluten free options.
