Join Sophie for an interactive and transformative lunch-hour workshop designed to introduce you to the laser effective healing modality Language of Empowerment—a powerful approach that rewires limiting beliefs and creates lasting shifts in your mindset, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
In this one-hour shared group experience, Sophie will zero in on what language and tonal patterns reveal to uncover the root of self-sabotaging patterns in our lived experience. You will upgrade your relationship to Life and see results.
Through guided exercises, reflection, and practical application, you will:
• Identify and transform subconscious self-sabotaging beliefs.
• Experience firsthand how shifting your language can dissolve resistance, relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and enhance clarity.
• Engage in a supportive group setting where breakthroughs happen in real-time.

This is a powerful group practice to support one another in shadow emotions, get to the root of your anger and realize your untapped superpowers. This workshops gives permission to find access to your range of emotions, expressing them in a safe container to be held, felt, and transmuted.
Many of us think we know about pleasure. Yet some of us have trouble even saying the word. Have you ever explored giving and receiving PG pleasure with all 5 senses in a safe positive container? This workshop opens up play, exploration, clear consent, in a tactile and giggly fun time. You will leave with an expansion of your dedication to pleasure in your life, deeper connections with your flight club, and the understanding that pleasure is necessary nutrient for proper brain function.

Through guided, rhythmic breathing and carefully curated music, this Breathwork Journey workshop offers a safe and supportive environment to access non-ordinary states of consciousness, allowing participants to explore the depths of their subconscious. Whether seeking emotional healing, spiritual insight, or a deeper connection with self, this breathwork journey provides a powerful path to inner peace and integration.

Language of Empowerment takes back our power, our creativity, allowing higher brain functioning out of the amygdala and hippocampus into the crown of human existence: the frontal cortex--our imagination. When we live and dream from the frontal cortex, we are out of fight or flight and have moved into thrive. Are you the true author of your life?
Often women feel like they are making their requests known, when in reality, they are offering a vibration that is weak and hard to read. In this dynamic workshop inspired from exercises in the book Unbound by Kasia Urbaniak, women are invited to explore the art of making powerful, effective requests. Through guided exercises and group interaction, participants will learn how to clarify desires, overcome common barriers to asking, and communicate with confidence and authenticity. Perfect for those seeking to strengthen boundaries, cultivate deeper relationships, and step into their true power. Wildly supportive for women who shy away from conflict or apologize for their desires.
There are many faces of the Goddess. Maiden, Mother, Maga, Crone. As we grow into adults, we carry with us confusion and burdens from our upbringing, often blaming our mothers or unsure of what to make of our young experience and blaming ourselves. This workshop is an opportunity to examine our inheritance, our mother's toolset, cast off our story, and reclaim the joy of being at one with our origin. In this experiential workshop, we will dive into the definition of love inherited from our mothers, share our stories as sisters, as well as call in our guides and our universal Divine Mother. We will bring wholeness into our familial line and create space for new relationship. Let us open the portal to a world where mothers and daughters lead the way towards love.
The SpiritCrowns can be used in a variety of ways, and especially as an addition to many workshops or retreats. Often they are used in a Rite of Passage such as a baby shower, retreat, anniversary, etc. SpiritCrowns explore our comfortability with being seen, our connection to ornamentation as humans, and our joy and celebration in community. Sophie can also offer prophetic facepainting and a goddess empowerment photoshoot which is super super fun! Can also add on Goddess Oracle readings.
Following prompts unfolding a journey through several art mediums, participants will uncover beauty and revelations that surface from their unconscious world.
This 2-3 hour workshop encourages self-exploration through mask-making, focusing on the themes of identity, the roles we play, and the inner symbols or totems we resonate with. Participants will explore their “inner masks” and create an external representation using mixed media and craft materials. The workshop concludes with a sharing circle where each participant reflects on their mask, their chosen symbols, and what they reveal or conceal.
