This was an epic dog portrait!  I had SO much fun incorporating this dog's personality into the piece, only to find I was going to need to tone it down, silly Soph!  I lika the neon somtimes!  What can I say?  Well, this lovely lady, a long-time bestie of my sister, commissioned me to make this artistic creation of her baby.  I wanted it to feel calm and loyal, dedicated, sweet, attentive, while also as crazy and silly as I know this dog can be!   Maybo and I cross referenced notes and I went to work.  I opted for a highly textured background with a focus on the face of the dog.  Crazy colors but with a halo-like glow around Charlies face and body.  We both loved what I ended up with but then agreed later that due to her impending nuptials, perhaps a perfect blue would do better.  So, thus the two backgrounds but I just wanted to share them both!   **More photos coming soon!**
